What does the inside of an B737 engine have in common with a hospital ward?

How do pilots explain technical difficulties to you as a passenger to keep you calm?
Especially to those whom are seated at a window seat in row 6-12.
Here pilots need excellent communication skills.
You see wires and boxes randomly connected. You google engine failures, and becomes anxious! You suddenly imagine worst case scenario. It is now the job for the pilot or the cabin crew to break the barriers and make you feel comfortably again.
Imagine when you are hospitalized. The doctor walks in and tells you that you suffer from Global Prevalence of Delirium and leaves the room! You google it, you become anxious and you suddenly imagine worst case scenario (because Netdoctor told you so!)
It is now the job for the health care worker to break the barriers and use their excellent communication skills to make you feel comfortably again.
