Can Human Factors be used outside aviation?
“Aviate – Navigate – Communicate“
These three words are the backbone of every pilot. A mantra that is being repeated over and over.
It is so basic, yet so critical that it comes to mind whenever trouble arises. It is one of the vital tools in the Human Factors toolbox.
We cannot park a crisis to figure out the perfect solution, but we always need to TAKE our time, to find the best solution instead of just parachuting into the unknown.
